Welding manipulators are incredibly useful tools for increasing the output of a given welding operation. Rent N Arc stocks a wide variety of welding manipulators with sizes ranging from 2m X 2m upto 15m X 15m for short-term lease agreements or longer-term solutions. Our manipulators are engineered by world class manufacturers from UK, China and India. All our manipulators can be supplied fully loaded with welding equipment (SAW, GTAW, GMAW, and K-Tig) as a “Turnkey” package or as the “Steelwork only”.
Our engineering team are perfectly trained to assemble, test, mobilize and install the manipulators at project sites. Machines can be supplied with SAW, GTAW, GMAW and K-TIG weld processes and integrated to various systems, such as narrow gap welding.
We supply special purpose & bespoke welding heads to suit every customers requirement. Flux recovery systems, laser tracking, motorised slides and height sensors are just some of the features that can be incorporated to your system.
We provide the option of travelling bases that can be manual or motorised for use with floor rails. Caster wheels are also available for the PWS and PPC.
