THE JOB
We are looking for a Rental/Admin Assistant to handle day to day rental/sales and admin activities within the company.
Work Experience
- 2 Years of prior relevant experience preferred
- Experience in the welding or equipment rental industry preferred
- Freshers are also welcome
Educational Qualification
Skills and Abilities
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Effective Customer Service Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, MS Outlook
- Knowledge of Logistics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team Player
- Problem Solving
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Day to Day rental transactions
- Prepare Quotations, Rental Contracts/ Delivery Orders
- Arrange shipping / collection of equipment from client’s place
- Communicate with operations and shop team for deliveries
- Take physical checks on equipment accessories return from clients
- Coordinate with AR team for preparing rental invoices
- Keep updating customer records
- Follow up with customers for orders
- Manage customer queries on email/over the call
- Fulfill other assigned administrative tasks
