THE JOB

We are looking for a Rental/Admin Assistant to handle day to day rental/sales and admin activities within the company.

Work Experience

  • 2 Years of prior relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in the welding or equipment rental industry preferred
  • Freshers are also welcome

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective Customer Service Skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of Logistics
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team Player
  • Problem Solving

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Day to Day rental transactions
  • Prepare Quotations, Rental Contracts/ Delivery Orders
  • Arrange shipping / collection of equipment from client’s place
  • Communicate with operations and shop team for deliveries
  • Take physical checks on equipment accessories return from clients
  • Coordinate with AR team for preparing rental invoices
  • Keep updating customer records
  • Follow up with customers for orders
  • Manage customer queries on email/over the call
  • Fulfill other assigned administrative tasks
